Men's Tennis Shutout Marist

CDT Myles Conlin '20The Army West Point Men's Tennis Team continued its stellar play of late, capturing a 7-0 sweep of Marist, Tuesday at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center. After clinching the doubles point, Army (10-12, 4-0 PL) continued its strong play heading into singles. Diego Huttepain and Myles Conlin cruised to straight set wins at No. 3 and No. 1. Plebe Nikita Larichev provided the clincher at No. 4, with a 7-5, 6-0 win over John Oxner. This is the fourth straight shutout for Army. The Black Knight move to 16-5 all-time against Marist. Army picked up its 15th doubles point of the season. David Mitchell and David Gorshein picked up their team leading 12th doubles win of the year. Cow Anant Mundra picked up his ninth singles win of the spring season. Plebe Diego Huttepain is on a three-match win streak, and is now 8-9 in singles play. Read more.
