Cadets Tour Sing Sing Correctional Facility

PL393 Cadets were provided the great opportunity to tour Sing Sing Correctional Facility to help synthesize course material in a real-world setting. During the tour, they could view cell blocks (living areas), classrooms, and vocational areas, eat in the mess hall and observe how incarcerated individuals live. During this time, they were able to ask the correctional officers questions and reflect on what they learned with the Superintendent, Mr. Capra.
