BSL Hosts the MCEC Frances Hesselbein Student Leadership Program
Published on December 8, 2022
The Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership hosted their annual MCEC Frances Hesselbein Student Leadership Program, which brings high school students from around the world that are a part of a student mentorship program known as S2S to West Point for a week to learn about leadership. These students then go back to their high schools and utilize the lessons they learned while at West Point to better help military children as they transition to new schools after PCSs. This not only helps develop young leaders in communities across the globe, but specifically helps young leaders dedicated to helping military children integrate into local schools around military bases.
