The Russian Language Forum participated in a cooking lesson, during which Dr. Dobrunoff taught cadets how to cook traditional Russian and Ukrainian dishes. After cooking, the club members ate together and practiced speaking Russian.
"I really enjoyed learning more about the differences between Russian and American culture. Talking to the upperclassmen also helped me learn a bit more about their experiences using the Russian language at home and abroad. Most importantly, the food was amazing. I had never tried a few of the things we made, but now I would be heavily inclined to order them if I were to go to a Russian restaurant." - CDT Nicholas Tavassoli '22 said about the experience.
