Army Golf Heading to Austin for NCAA Regional
The Army West Point Golf Team will be heading to the Austin Regional for the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The regional will take place at the University of Texas Golf Club and is set for May 13-15.
Army will be making its 12th appearance as a team in this year's tournament. The Black Knights enter the NCAA Regionals after winning the Patriot League Championship last weekend by eight strokes with a 1-over score after three rounds. This is Army's first appearance in the NCAAs since the 2016 season and first under head coach Chad Bagley, who is in his second season at the helm of the Black Knights.
Texas is the top seed in the regional and the Black Knights are the 14th seed.
