In another view of hands-on AIADs (Academic Individual Advanced Development) this Summer, here is CDT Eston Smith (ME, '20) machining a part during his internship with Aero Pacific. Aero Pacific manufactures components for Boeing, Space-X, and Lockheed. Eston gained valuable experience on different manufacturing processes as well as the business side of engineering.
