Men's Tennis Recognized by the NCAA

Men's Tennis Recognized by the NCAAThe Army West Point Men's Tennis Team was a recipient of the NCAA Public Recognition Award on August 1.

The award is bestowed on teams with an NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rate in the top 10 percent of all teams in their respective sports based on the APR data released in May 2019.

"We would like to thank the NCAA for recognizing us and also congratulate all the other teams that have also received this award," said Associate Head Coach Randy Rowley. "Each day we have the honor to go above and beyond in the classroom, as well as the court, as we work towards being an Army officer."

The men's tennis team is one of three squads to receive this recognition for the 2018-19 year. Army's golf and hockey teams were also recognized. The list of all teams receiving the honor may be found on NCAA.org.
