Women’s Handball at the Houston Firehawks ClubWest Point Women’s Handball Black team trained with and competed against the Houston Firehawks Club team. The team travelled to Houston and spent Saturday training with the team and then played one game against them to wrap up the weekend.

The practice was led by the Houston Firehawks’ head coach which gave West Point Black the opportunity to learn some new drills to carry forth.

After the practice the two teams faced off and West Point Black came out victorious, 22-8! Yearling goalie, Tasia Stevens, just coming off a recent injury, played a fantastic game. The tournament provided Black with skills to work on.

This practice was key as Houston is another team West Point will face at Club Nationals in the Spring.
