Recently there was a morale booster for the Corps of Cadets. When the animals arrived, a crowd of people surrounded the truck before they could get the animals out of their cages. Cadets that were walking towards rushed to help the man who brought the animals and carried them over to the plain. Once the animals were picked up by the cadets, they were never put down again for the rest of the evening until the animals had to leave.
The variety of farm animals was startling to many cadets which made the event even more intriguing. Some cadets had never seen pigs or baby goats before, and this event was extremely fascinating to them. Cadets enjoyed their evening and destress by petting and playing with these animals.
