The West Point Society of Baltimore Invites you to the Founder's Day Dinner Celebrating the 222nd Anniversary of The Founding of the United States Military Academy

The Keynote Speaker will be Lieutenant Colonel Dennis Sugrue, PhD, P. E., USMA 1999, the USMA Director of Strategic Resources
 
Dennis will give an update on key initiatives at the Academy with a focus on how the facility modernization program, USMA 2035, is enabling academic program reform and better align USMA directorates to Develop Leaders of Character. Attendees are encouraged to check out the West Point Modernization overview online, and submit any specific inquiries or projects of interest to [email protected].
 
Tickets are $65 pp and will include buffet appetizer, dinner and BEAT NAVY cake plus all soft drinks; Cash bar available

RJ KOLTON, CLASS OF 1976, "The value of peer advisory groups and executive coaching to business leaders"

RJ Kolton, USMA 1976, is the Chair of the “Pathfinders” Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Board and President & Principal of Kolt Business Solutions LLC. He will discuss the value of peer advisory groups and executive coaching to business leaders in their professional and personal lives. RJ builds his insights from 26 years of military service and 25 years as a senior executive in various sizes and types of companies. A combat veteran, RJ served as an infantry officer in the 82d Airborne and 3d Infantry Divisions, US Central command, in the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, and as an instructor at USMA. His senior executive experience includes Harmonytech, Brillient Corporation, L3 Communications, and others.
