The Theatre Arts Guild had a wonderful trip to Broadway. Cadets saw a new production of A Soldier's Play, which is set in World War II in a segregated Army unit in the South.
They then got a chance to talk to a technical producer for a new off-Broadway production called Emojiland that is likely going to make some big news this next year for its innovative use of mapping and laser scanning technology on the set.
Finally, the Cadets were thrilled to see Dear Evan Hansen and got some signatures by the stage door after the show. During a bit of free time, Cadets explored the city, some going to the Museum of Modern Art and others to Rockefeller Center.
