Softball Wins Fifth StraightThe Army West Point Softball team picked up its fifth consecutive win Wednesday afternoon, as it topped Cleveland State, 4-3.

Jolie Duong pitched six innings, allowing three earned runs. The yearling also belted a two-run homer in her first at bat. Additionally, Taylor Drayton and Madi Gilmore both had multi-hit games.

Duong is now up to four home runs on the season and has hit two in the last three games. Drayton was 2-for-3 at the plate with two doubles. She's registered eight doubles this year and 12 extra base hits.

This was Drayton's seventh multi-hit game of the season. Gilmore had two runs batted in, which improved her season total to 12 She now has five multi-hit efforts this year. Read more.
