In 1835 West Point became the first school in the United States to issue graduating class rings. The ring is one of the most identifiable marks of a Grad. All rings bear the West Point crest and since 2002, the “Memorial Ring Program” was established where donated class rings from members of the Long Gray Line are melted down, recast, and forged into all new rings.
