Hope ’81 New Leadership Executive Coach at ILECJohn Hope ’81 and wife Kristi are set to lead the new location Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC) is opening in Nashville. The Hopes will provide leadership coaching and leadership development programs to build strong cultures in businesses of all sizes and types, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses. They intend to Lead with Hope in 2021 and beyond by helping others evolve into strong leaders that organizations need to rebuild their teams and sustain their future.

The Hopes will assist businesses by aiding in the development of both their emerging and existing leaders, such as C-level executives, vice presidents, mid-level managers and emerging leaders, making Nashville a destination for leadership and cultural transformation retreats. They both bring with them extensive experience to their new business. John Hope is a retired Colonel, served four combat tours and two multi-national force peace keeping tours, also receiving a Purple Heart.
