Alisa Fallon and Lauren Lithgow each earned Patriot League yearly honors, the conference office announced yesterday afternoon. Fallon was tabbed an all-league third team selection, while Lithgow was named to the league's all-rookie team.
This marks the second consecutive year that Fallon has earned all-league third team honors. The cow guard averaged a team-high 12.2 points per game, shooting 40.8 percent from the field. She also led the team in assists per game (3.5) and rebounds per game (7.7). The Des Plaines, IL, native led the team with four double-doubles on the season.
Lithgow averaged 8.2 points per game this season. The Manasquan, NJ, native was fourth in the league in free throw percentage, shooting 84.3 percent from the line. Her 35.5 percent shooting clip from beyond the arc led the team and was eighth in the league. In her plebe campaign, Lithgow earned 13 starts and was twice named the league's rookie of the week.
