MP’s Awarded for Voluntary ServiceWe achieve our best together and, at times, it takes the entire West Point community to bring our ideas to life. In April, The SWAT-C Robotics Research Center in the EECS Department, Future Applied Systems Team (FAST), and Office of Naval Research (ONR) hosted the Squad With Autonomous Teammate –Competition (SWAT-C) demos at West Point to demonstrate the Manned Unmanned Team (MUMT) concept through post demonstrations and force on force MUMT exercises. Here, we awarded soldiers from the MP Company for their voluntary service as Opposing Force (OPFOR) for these exercises. A big thank you to the following soldiers for helping to make this event a success: SFC Morgan Wallace, SSG Sean Windfelder, SGT Andrew Woehr, SGT Zachary Mowrer, SPC John Miles, SPC Ariel Reed, SPC Johnathan Buffum, SPC Matthew Breaux, SPC Phillip Pinon.
