CDT Zheng Describes CLDT

Cadet Yusen Zheng, E Company, 2nd Platoon Leader, describes Cadet Leader Development Training. CLDT trains, mentors, and assesses basic leadership skills focusing on Troop Leading Procedures (TLPs), effective communication, and tactical decision-making in order to develop competent and confident small unit leaders capable of operating in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
