Women’s Soccer Outlasts Loyola in Patriot League QuarterfinalJasmine Talley's goal in the 92nd minute of action boosted the sixth-seeded Army West Point Women’s Soccer team to a 2-1 victory over No. 3 Loyola Maryland in the Patriot League Quarterfinal at the Ridley Athletic Complex. Talley was one of two Cadet goal-scorers, joining Trinity Garay who originally put the visitors up 1-0 when she found the back of the net in the 54th minute. Thanks to the team’s efforts, Army will continue its hunt for the program’s fourth Patriot League Tournament title. Despite the difference in seeding, the game between the Black Knights and the Greyhounds was sure to be a close one as the teams battled to a 1-1 draw earlier in the season (September 25).
