Parachute at the USPA Collegiate National Skydiving Championships
Over the holiday break, the West Point Parachute Team took first, second, and third place in individual and team accuracy in the intermediate and novice categories at the USPA Collegiate National Skydiving Championships at Lake Elsinore, California. Several cadets had a perfect score in three of the four rounds. In relative work, the team placed first and third place in 2-way relative work and second place in vertical relative work. In 6-way speed, Team West Point Rolling Stones placed third. 4-way relative work was limited by weather and time, but even with only two of six rounds complete, the parachute teams had enough points for a second and third place finish.
