Cadets Mitchell ’22 and Perez ’25 Earn ECAC HonorsCadets Zachary Mitchell ’22 and Zachary Perez ’25 earned Eastern College Athletic Conference Weekly Honors after their impressive performances at the tri-meet with Michigan and William & Mary. Mitchell was named ECAC Gymnast of the Week after his stellar performance over the weekend, helping the Black Knights to a win over William & Mary. Mitchell led Army West Point on pommel horse with a career-high 13.000 and placed third on high bar posting a season-best 13.100. Read more.

CDT Duong ’22 Named Patriot League Pitcher of the Week

CDT Jolie Duong ’22 of Army West Point Softball garnered her first Patriot League weekly honor after being named Pitcher of the Week. Duong collected a pair of wins in three appearances. She threw two complete games only allowing one run in 20.0 innings pitched and in the opening 5-0 win over UIC, Duong had five strikeouts in seven innings holding her opponent batting average to .091. Offense Powers Baseball Past UT Arlington

Behind a season-high 14 hits from six different players, the Army West Point Baseball Team cruised to an 8-4 victory over UT Arlington at Clay Gould Ballpark. CDT Nick Manesis ’22 led the effort, hitting at a 3-for-5 clip with three runs scored and a home run, joined by cadets Ross Friedrick ’23 and Cam Cerruto ’22 also with three hits. Read more.
