Cadets Visit the Cradle of Aviation Museum
Published on March 25, 2022
Cadets recently visited the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, NY. The group enjoyed learning about the early beginnings of human flight, the evolution of aircraft from a military perspective, and the history of space flight. Highlights of the trip included seeing one of the original Apollo Lunar Modules. They also had a chance to learn about the Hubble Space Telescope and its amazing new successor, the James Web Space Telescope, in one of the museum's special exhibits.
