Baseball Sweeps Navy in DoubleheaderFor the first time since 2018, the Army West Point Baseball Team achieved a doubleheader sweep against Navy at Max Bishop Stadium. The Black Knights defeated the Midshipmen 7-0 before taking down their hosts 9-0 in game two. Three different pitchers combined to hold Navy scoreless for 16 innings. CDT Patrick Melampy ’23 tossed a complete game shutout in the first outing, while the duo of cadets Brian Dawson ’23 and Tanner Gresham ’24 suffocated the Mids’ offense in game two. Read more.

Women’s Rugby Dominates Navy

Army West Point Women’s Rugby dominated Navy winning 20-3 over the Midshipmen at the Anderson Rugby Complex. CDT Codi Butt ’23 led the Black Knights with eight points recording one try, one conversion and a one point kick. Cadets Kaitlyn Schwarting ’22 and Sydney Schaaf ’23 each scored one try for Army.
