CDT Lapin ’23 Shines at International Cadet Conference

To celebrate excellence, Cadet Jacob Lapin ’23 was presented a commemorative coin on behalf of Singaporean Officer Cadet School Commander, Colonel Alvin Tjioe ’05. Leaning on his Chinese proficiency and understanding of strategic studies as a double major, Jacob stood out amongst student representatives from 18 nations at the international cadet conference hosted by the Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute. Jacob also received a Letter of Appreciation from Colonel Christopher DiCicco, the U.S. Defense Attaché to Brunei and Army Attaché to Singapore. Well done!
