Cadets at the Savannah Music Festival

The Cadet Jazz Forum travelled to Savannah, GA for the Savannah Music Festival in support of an enriching educational relationship between Fred and Dinah Gretsch of the Gretsch Musical Instrument Company, the Department of English & Philosophy, and the West Point Band. Along with attending numerous festival performances, the group engaged with the Georgian Southern University Jazz Ensemble and their saxophone quartet, jammed with Mr. Fred Gretsch at the Gretsch Studio and corporate headquarters, and finally capped the weekend off with a visit to historic Tybee Island.
