CDT Hinkle ’23 Earns “Best Negotiator” Award

Cadets Brock Hinkle ’23 and Jackson Blanchard ’23 participated in the National Undergraduate Negotiation Competition at Baylor University. The cadets participated in a three-round competition with students from sixteen other universities using the skills and ideas of principled negotiation they learned in MG390: Negotiation for Leaders. The cadets participated in negotiation simulations that stressed their abilities to solve complex problems with creative solutions and tested their ability to navigate difficult relationships. The team placed fifth in the competition with CDT Brock Hinkle earning an award for “Best Negotiator.”
