R-Day for USMAPS

Cadet candidates reported to the United States Military Academy Preparatory School’s (USMAPS) Reception Day on July 11. They began Cadet Candidate Basic Training, which is a three-week rigorous experience to get acclimated to the military setting before the USMAPS academic year. Upperclassmen cadet cadre from the U.S. Military Academy train cadet candidates as part of their summer leadership detail.
