The ARES Team and the West Point Model Rocketry Club Visit the CONNECT After School Program

The ARES Team and the West Point Model Rocketry Club participated in an exciting STEM outreach event today! Cadets taught students from the Highland Falls Intermediate School CONNECT After School Program simple machines and then launched stomp rockets to further students' understanding of forces and work. USMA ARES and West Point Model Rocketry Club are happy to have successfully impacted over 80 young future engineers during this event. Opportunities like these clubs are made possible by the Margin of Excellence.
