Firstie Madison Hovren was named Patriot League Player of the Week on Monday after a pair of double-doubles last week against Colgate and Boston University. Hovren produced double-doubles last week versus Colgate (35 points, 14 rebounds) and Boston University (23 points, 11 boards). Her 35-point performance against the Raiders tied her career-high in scoring and was her third 30+ point performance this season. She currently leads the Patriot League in points (19.0) and rebounds per game (12.9). She has scored in double digits in 23-straight games heading into the regular-season finale at Bucknell. The 35 points were the third time this season she has scored over 30 points and she has 54 career double-doubles and 21 in 2018-19.
The Black Knights are headed to Bucknell for a Wednesday night matchup with the Bison, which is set for a 6 p.m. start time.
