Men's Lacrosse Charge Ahead in National Rankings
The Army West Point Men's Lacrosse Team ranks as high as 15th in this week's national rankings. The Black Knights remain 16th in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and charged ahead two spots to 15th in the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll.
Army is now 8-2 on the year with two wins against nationally ranked teams. The Black Knights defeated UMass in the season opener before routing Rutgers in more non-conference action. The Cadets are 2-1 against ranked opponents this season and have defeated a team ranked inside the top-10.
Army is set to face Loyola at the end of April, a squad that currently sits at No. 2/3 this week.
