Women's Tennis Picks Up Two Wins in Rhode Island
The Army West Point Women's Tennis Team captured a pair of 5-2 road victories at Bryant and the University of Rhode Island on Saturday. The Black Knights improved to 17-6 on the season, while the Bulldogs fell to 7-7 and the Rams dropped to 6-7. Army remains perfect at 7-0 against Bryant in the series dating back to 2010. The Black Knights improved to 5-1 in the all-time series with Rhode Island. Army earned its first win of the season after dropping the doubles point against Bryant. Einck documented her 65th career victory. Joyner tallied her 15th win of the year. The Las Cruces, N.M., native tied Amy Bratton and Annie Weber for eighth in program history with her 18th career dual win in the top flight. Bou notched her 10th singles dual win of the season. Waldman collected her 15th singles win of the season. The Acworth, Ga., native remained perfect in singles duals at 7-0 this year and 9-0 in her career.
