Women's Lacrosse Collect Program-Best Five All-League HonorsHighlighted by Caroline Raymond's Patriot League Rookie of the Year award, the Army West Point Women's Lacrosse Team placed a program-best five cadets on the all-league teams on Monday afternoon. Jackie Brattan and Samantha Stewart collected first team all-league honors, while Maddie Burns, Manuela Cortes and Caroline Raymond received the second team nod.

"I am super proud to see five of our cadet-athletes recognized for all-league selections this year," Noto Family Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Kristen Skiera said. "It is a true testament to the strength and success of our team as a whole that so many team members were recognized this season." Raymond made her mark on the program during her rookie campaign, compiling a team-best 62 points on 42 goals and a team-high 23 assists. She was the third cadet in program history to score over 50 points in a single season and the first to eclipse the 60-point mark.

The five-time Patriot League Rookie of the Week honoree scored in 16 of the 17 games she played in while recording six hat tricks. The Mahopac, N.Y., native additionally set the single-game program record of nine points after tallying five goals and four helpers in a road win at Boston University on April 19. Read more.
