Halu '09 Completes Appalachian Memorial Hike

Josh Halu completed his Appalachian Trail thru-hike in memory of classmate and friend, Taylor Force ’09. He started his hike in Georgia on March 8, 2019, in dedication of the third anniversary of Taylor Force’s death from a terrorist attack in Israel. SOSH recently hosted 120 Junior Cadets and Cadre from Bergen County, NJ. These high-school aged members of the Youth Police Academy enjoyed a day-long experience at West Point which gave them a sense of the physical, military, and academic challenges encountered by West Point Cadets.
