Army and Lafayette Fight to Scoreless FinishAfter 110 minutes, the Army West Point women's soccer team ended its mid-week matchup in a tie at Lafayette. The Black Knights controlled the overtime period with five shots to the Leopards' one. Sydney Cassalia recorded her fourth shutout of the season and 19th in her career at Army. She moves up to 3rd in all-time program standings where she is tied with Kristine Beardsley '91 and Mary Kidd '99.

At the 17th minute of the game, Cassalia made consecutive saves where she punched the ball out of play. The Leopards were set up on a free kick just outside the box, but the cow goalkeeper denied the opponent on a back-to-bar shot just below the crossbar.
