The West Point Skeet & Trap Team participated in the annual "Veteran's Day Classic" sporting clays tournament at Ten Mile River Preserve in Dover Plains, NY last month. The tournament, which followed a "pro-am" format that paired cadets with civilian participants from across the Hudson Valley, was a terrific way for the team to represent the Academy and the Army. Top shooters on the challenging course included Cadets Joseph Kemp and Christopher Kubitz (tied for first place with 87 targets) and Cadet Frances McConnell (86 targets).
