Golf Sits Fifth Through Two Rounds in South CarolinaThe Army West Point golf team played 36 holes yesterday at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Invitational and currently sits fifth at 14-over as a team.

The Black Knights had an opening round score of 7-over for fourth on the team leaderboard, but dropped to fifth after another 7-over second round as a team. Clemson is at the top of the leaderboard at 17-under for the tournament.

Justin Williamson sits in a tie for ninth on the individual leaderboard at 1-over for the tournament and Tom Katsenes is in the 16th spot at 2-over through two rounds. The Black Knights had three players finish even par after round one with 70s on their scorecards.

Williamson carded a 3-under on the back nine to move up the leaderboard and secure a score of 70. James McKee and Katsenes finished with even par 70 as well. McKee had 16 pars in his round, while Katsenes righted the ship with four birdies and 10 pars. Read more.
