This past Wednesday, all cadets, staff, and faculty stopped their daily activities to participate in Honorable Living Day. They had open, honest discussions about how to live honorably, build cohesive teams, and combat issues that undermine cohesion and readiness of Army units. Later that afternoon, several cadet diversity clubs shared their rich heritage by displaying flags, traditional outfits, and cultural foods at booths throughout the plain.
The West Point community is committed to creating a climate where everyone is treated with dignity and respect; there is no other option! Our graduates will lead diverse formations and they must be ready to build and lead cohesive teams with their Soldiers.
