Raftery Tabbed to Academic All-League TeamMegan Raftery, a firstie midfielder on the Army West Point Women's Lacrosse Team, was named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team, the league office announced May 5.

This marks the second time in Raftery's career that she has been named to the academic all-league team, as she also earned the honor in 2019. A mathematical sciences major with a minor in cyber security, she boasts a 3.881 cumulative grade point average. The team captain has five points on the season with four goals and an assist. Of her eight shot attempts this season, four have found the back of the net. She additionally had three groundballs and caused two turnovers. Off the field, Raftery served as her company's academic officer.

The Black Knights are set to take on Lehigh in the Patriot League semifinals at 7pm on Thursday, May 6. The contest will be played at Loyola's Ridley Athletic Complex in Baltimore and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
