Cadets Riekena ’23 & Schwarting ’22 Nominated for MA Sorensen Award

Cadets Julia Riekena ’23 and Kaitlyn Schwarting ’22 of Army West Point Women’s Rugby have been nominated for the 2022 MA Sorensen Award. Reikena and Schwarting have started in every match and helped the Black Knights reach the 2021 NIRA DI Championship during the 15’s season. So far in the 7’s season, the two have been on the Army A team reaching the championship match of both tournaments played so far. Read more.
