Sixteen Earn ECAC All-Academic Honors from Men’s Gymnastics

Army West Point Men’s Gymnastics had 16 cadets represent the program on the Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. The team includes all student athletes who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA. CDT Adam Elahmadi ’24 led the Black Knights with a cumulative 3.895 GPA. Four plebes earned academic recognition for their strong first semester performances in the classroom. Cadets Declan Henriques, Zachary Mitchell, and Mitchell Monahan added the award to their stellar careers at Army. Read more.

Golf Finishes Third at Shark Invitational

The Army West Point Golf Team finished the Shark Invitational in a tie for third on the team leaderboard. Army had a team score of 293 (+9) on the final day of competition and ended up 28-over for the tournament. CDT Tom Katsenes was Army’s top player at 6-over and ended up in a tie for 11th on the leaderboard. Read more.

Sprint Football Places 22 Cadet-Athletes on the All-Academic Team

Following another successful season in 2021 that saw the program advance to the Collegiate Sprint Football League’s Championship game, the Army West Point Sprint Football Team has landed 22 spots on the All-Academic Team. The release comes on the heels of 13 Black Knights earning selections to the CSFL All-League Teams. Head coach Mark West and the cadets went 6-2 (4-0 CSFL North) during the 2021
