Baseball Rolls Past LIU in Midweek Clash

The Army West Point Baseball Team downed LIU by a score of 7-2 at Johnson Stadium to earn its 10th home win of the season. Army (23-20, 15-6 PL) put up six unanswered runs in its defeat of the Sharks while tallying double-digit hits (11) for the 19th time this year. CDT Derek Berg ’24 led the team at the plate, hitting at a 2-for-4 clip to go along with three RBI and a pair of runs scored.
