Baseball Outlasts Manhattan

The Army West Point baseball team used a trio of runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to overtake Manhattan for an 8-5 win at Johnson Stadium. CDT Derek Berg ’24 plated the go-ahead runs with a single that drove in both cadets Ross Friedrick ’23 and Nick Manesis ’22 before CDT Braden Golinski’s ’24 RBI groundout lifted the Black Knights (24-20, 15-6 PL) to their final margin of victory.
