BG Tomines ’92 Named Acting Superintendent of PMA

Air Force BG Julius Tomines ’92 accepted responsibility of acting superintendent of Philippine Military Academy (PMA), the Philippine’s premier military school, from Air Force LTG Ferdinand Cartujano in a turnover ceremony officiated by Armed Forces Chief of Staff GEN Andres Centino on June 26.
