Cadets Learn Hydrology Rafting the Delaware

What better way to learn about hydrology than rafting down the Delaware River? Last week cadets enrolled in CE380: Hydrology/Hydraulic Design learned about open channel flow firsthand while rafting down the Delaware River. The cadets also visited Roebling’s Delaware Aqueduct, learning about its history and structural components. Some of the cadets even showed off the skills learned in Survival Swimming.
