
Sprint Football Dominates 72-0 in Season Opener

Army Sprint Football came out firing on all cylinders to start the 2022 season vs. Cornell. Army scored 10 TDs, while totaling 530 yards of total offense and tacking on a safety to defeat Cornell, 72-0 at Shea Stadium. Army scored seven first half TDs, totaling 362 yards of total offense to lead, 51-0 at halftime. QB CDT Mikal Willeke ’24 got off to a fast start to lead the Army West Point Sprint offense, hitting WR CDT Devon Brown ’25 for a 15-yard TD for the first score of the season midway through the first quarter.
