CDT Lapin '23 Wins The Army Strategist Association Essay Contest

The Army Strategist Association selected CDT Jacob Lapin '23 as the third place winner of the cadet essay contest. He won for his essay "The Cultural and Linguistic Legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party Repression." At the academy, he is a double major in Defense and Strategic Studies and Chinese.
